CrazyGames.com, a fast-growing browser games platform, is looking for a Game Developer Relations Manager (LEUVEN or REMOTE). You will play a crucial role in growing our scale-up by setting up partnerships with game developers, distribution partners, and HTML5 gaming platforms. You will help us build the global market-leading casual browser games platform and grow our user base from 15 million monthly users to 30 million monthly users.
CrazyGames.com is an HTML5 browser games platform that has, in just a few years, grown from a hobby project to a team of 9 building the 4th fastest-growing tech company in Belgium (all while staying self-funded and profitable).
Proactively target potential partnerships and generate leads that would be interested in collaborating together.
Unearth and evaluate hit games before they become successful.
Negotiate and close licensing and publishing deals.
Build and actively maintain relationships with partners. Act as their main point of contact and advocate, always having each other’s best interests at heart.
Stay up to date on what’s brewing at our partners and within the world of casual games.
Key outcomes for the position:
Within 1 month you have created an overview of all current partnerships with their agreements, terms, and ROI. You have reached out to existing partners to make optimizations wherever possible. You are in discussions to get at least 3 promising games live on CrazyGames.
Within 3 months, at least 5 of the games that you sourced are doing well, i.e. are in our top 150 of most played games. You accompany the developers through the whole process of initial sourcing to being live and making updates to the game.
Within 4 months, you have set up a process for scalable game developer outreach and are maintaining relationships with developers and distribution partners.
Within 6 months, you have identified and closed deals for 15 games that reach the top 100 of most popular games on CrazyGames. You have set up an ROI tracking system.
Within 12 months, you manage all our partnerships with game developers, distribution partners, and HTML5 gaming platforms.
