CrazyGames is a leading browser games platform, serving millions of users worldwide. We leverage innovative advertising technologies to optimize monetization while delivering a seamless gaming experience to more than 40M users, every month. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Programmatic Manager to join our small but mighty Ad Monetization team, taking charge of our advertising operations, ensuring efficiency, optimization, and growth in our ad revenue streams.

Key Outcomes for this role

  • Within 1 month you have an understanding of CrazyGames’ ad tech stack, partners and processes

  • Within 3 months

    • You will have reviewed our current setup and workflows, and will have identified immediate areas for improvement

    • You will actively be dealing with incoming requests ranging from campaign setup to providing reporting to partners

    • You will be getting friendly with the data, and finding areas where we can optimize for yield

  • Within 6 months you will be identifying opportunities for optimization and improvements across our ad stack

  • Within 12 months you will be leading strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth in conjunction with the leadership team

Job requirements

Reach out if

  • You have relevant experience in a similar role, either at a Publisher, Agency or an Ad Tech company

  • You are the most nosy and inquisitive person, wanting to understand how everything works and how you can make it better

  • You are intelligent, efficient, pragmatic, and organized

  • Confident in your knowledge of programmatic advertising (e.g. DSPs, SSPs, ID solutions, CMPs) and how all the pieces fit together

  • You are able to understand technical concepts around programmatic advertising

  • You have an eye for detail and for the big picture. You can quickly spot patterns in large amounts of data and love some detective work if your gut tells you that something is wrong.

  • You have a deep understanding of the advertising market, including the programmatic market.

    Please note that we're looking for candidates in Europe (including the UK!), Africa or the Middle East, in order to have enough time to overlap with Europe (where most of our team is).
